Key Biographies

Stephen P. Peca
Stephen has an accomplished and distinguished career in banking, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital. With over 30 years of experience in financial markets, investment strategies, and executive leadership, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success in providing strategic solutions, training, and mentorship across a range of sectors including banking, finance, and risk management. His expertise spans multi-functional environments, complex corporate transactions, and high-stakes negotiations, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing investment portfolios, and executing innovative business strategies.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Stephen is a dedicated educator and mentor, frequently designing and delivering training programmes for institutions such as Fordham University, Baruch College (CUNY), New York Law School, and New York University while also teaching for other companies in various venues around the world.

Stephen currently leads two businesses that include Concourse Realty Group and Windy Acres Capital & Advisory. Both companies operate under the name, Concourse Holdings, and provide comprehensive business solutions, along with equity investment services for companies.

Stephen’s career includes significant leadership roles in corporate finance. He advised leading global firms, as a Director at Moody’s Analytics, providing risk consulting and tailored training programs for clients worldwide. His time at Fleet Securities further showcased his leadership in the development of loan syndications, enhancing loan portfolios and mitigating risks.

Stephen has a Certificate in Advanced Management from the University of Chicago, a BBA in Public Accounting (attended one-year of law school as part of programme), and worked on an MBA in Financial Management, both, from Loyola University Chicago.
Stephen is a member of, and an Assessor for, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor and a Certified Public Accountant.  

A frequent speaker and panellist, Stephen is regularly sought after for his insights on M&A, distressed assets, and real estate development, and is often quoted in leading industry publications. His book, Real Estate Development and Investment: A Comprehensive Approach, has been adopted by numerous universities and industry professionals globally.

Stephen’s wealth of experience, commitment to mentorship, and strategic vision have made him a respected figure in the banking and corporate finance communities, providing invaluable guidance to both emerging startups and established corporations alike.
